I am a professional Dressage rider based in Elimbah, just north of the Qld State Equestrian Centre with over 30 years in the Equine industry where I run a boutique dressage property. Currently I have three competition horses in work as well as clients horses in training in addition to giving a number of lessons each week. My competition horses range from young Dressage horses through to FEI level. I teach young riders, adults, professional and amateur riders.

Travelling to Germany on an annual basis has allowed me to further my riding skills and training ability and by doing this has enabled me to establish strong connections within the Hannover Verband in Germany. I regularly run clinics at my property with prominent German riders and or trainers. In addition to these I utilise other international and high profile trainers.

I currently compete with three horses:

Salmour (imported Hanoverian gelding)

Salmour is my main competition horse is Salmour. He has a unique personality and would have been better named Mr. Inquisitive. Salmour has pride of place in the stable block and is always getting into mischief and tormenting people as they walk by.

Salmour was crowned Qld’s best 4yo Young Dressage Horse Champion and this has been his biggest win to date. This was at only his second show so we are hoping for good things to come in his future.

Wolkensomm (8yo Hanoverian Mare)

Wolkensomm is owned by Lea Bierman. She is undefeated in official medium level DressageCompetition in 2014. Current leader in the Medium to Grand Prix DQRSC leaderboard. Molly is now competing at Advanced Prix St. George level.

Raz (4yo gelding)

Raz is a Training Novice level and is expected to commence his competition year in 2015.

I currently use the Running Cool Sport. My horses and some of my client’s horses have been on this feed for about three months now. All horses have had an increase in their condition and a great shine to their coats. The energy levels of the horses are good whilst not becoming fizzy and difficult to manage. The horses are concentrated and focused during daily work. This makes for a happy rider.

To date the Running Cool team, led by Sales manager Peter McKay have been very supportive in ensuring all of my horse’s dietary requirements have been met. I do believe that the Running Cool feeds will be at the forefront of equine nutrition in the near future. This gives me the confidence to get on with my riding and training. I am looking forward engaging with the wider horse community regarding the benefits of the Running Cool product range.

The Running Cool brand is one which I am looking forward to having a long working relationship with.

Most importantly my team of horses love the feed!
